Prepare amazing food

• Prepare sushi, sashimi, sushi rice, vegetables, and other menu items to Happy Tuna standards while keeping your station clean, stocked, and organized.
• Follow HACCP and all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper food handling, temperatures, storage, and product rotation.
• Inspect ingredients for freshness, maintain accurate portions and presentation, and ensure every order meets quality standards before it is served.

Be a key part of the team

• Execute orders accurately and efficiently, and communicate special requests and allergies.
• Work in a positive, energetic environment where teammates support each other and leaders invest in your development.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience.
• Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
• Solid organization, clear verbal communication, and ability to follow directions.
• Team-oriented with basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
